Our Savings team is crucial in this strategy, managing a substantial Savings book across our Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland brands, and under the MBNA brand. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Business Intelligence & Analytics team within the Commercial Performance & Pricing area, reporting to the Head of Savings Commercial Performance & Pricing. In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Designing and implementing advanced data insights solutions to address complex issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements and develop solutions for actionable insight, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Managing a team of data analytics colleagues and supporting their professional growth.
- Effectively communicating technical concepts and data stories within the team.
- Driving stakeholder transformation and change through data analytics strategies.
