The role of Business Analyst - Data forms a critical part of the delivery team for the development and improvement of With Intelligence data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse, document, and summarise existing workflows, systems, and data capture/processing capabilities.
- Work closely with end users and stakeholders within the Data Teams to reflect how the business operates today and what the target state is.
- Prepare and support requirements in the backlogs of our Data Capture, Data Automation, and Data Enrichment Development Squads.
- Participate in Agile events including stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement and preparation sessions.
- Undertake data analysis to support decisions and prioritizations around improvements to data workflows.
- Identify stakeholders impacted by change and communicate progress and decisions to ensure expectations are managed and business readiness activities are aligned.
- 5+ years working in a data business.
- Previous experience in Business analyst or equivalent role.
- Good written communication skills.
- Experience of working within an Agile environment.
- Experience of creating data documents and artefacts.
- Team player.
- Positive and proactive.
- Proven ability at stakeholder management.
- Data analysis skills such as SQL, PowerBI etc. (desirable).
