Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team at With Intelligence. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and process improvements by gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and related artifacts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business process improvements and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements.
  • Familiarity with BPMN and associated tooling, or equivalent.
  • Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be helpful.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
