Purpose:


Responsible for engaging with existing service partners to build relationships, maintain optimal working processes and ultimately, contribute to the Collection team's goal of reducing the risk of bad debt.


Key tasks:

  • Monitor supplier activities to identify opportunities to improve performance through enforcing contractual obligations and/or regulatory requirements
  • Follow processes for instructing and closing the instruction of debt recovery partners
  • Process cash files from debt recovery agencies and review invoices for sign off
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer/account queries, providing detailed and accurate resolution
  • Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and suppliers
  • Create effective professional relationships with key stakeholders across the business internally and externally
  • Maintains knowledge of updated company processes and policies
  • Work with multiple systems and spreadsheets, to enter and calculate formula work to generate data summaries through graphs and tables
  • Participate in process change and implementation, identify opportunities for process improvement and producing documentation to ensure departmental processes are efficient and consistent with business and industry requirements
