What you'll be responsible for:

  • Understand the strategic implications and outcomes for each division, which will feed into the People Plan and its priorities.
  • To represent feedback/views from all staff in their division and feed into the People Plan priorities
  • To lead, advocate and communicate all the People Plan Priorities and the outcomes being pursued and embed in each division
  • Ensure that their teams are all working to deliver the objectives in the people plan.
  • Help balance conflicting priorities (e.g., encourage divisions to complete people priorities/actions whilst balancing clinical responsibilities) in divisions and promote the People Plan priorities at all times

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
