We are looking for an Outpatients Co-Ordinator to join our Trauma & Orthopaedics department on a permanent full time basis.


Your role will be responsible for ensuring the planning, development and implementation of solutions to improve waiting times, clear backlogs, review patient pathways and reduce cancellations and DNA rates.


Plan, develop and implement solutions to improve waiting times, clear backlogs, review patient pathways and reduce cancellations and DNA rates.

Develop accurate reports

Interact with Medical and nursing staff and In patient access staff and medical secretaries

Interact with Therapy staff

Keep up to date with current government and local policy relating to access and waiting times

Medical staff rota for trauma clinic and fracture clinic

Ensure cancellations are within 6 week annual leave policy

Servicer Improvement in liaison with Sm and ASM

Work with SM/ASM to completes any reports as required

Ad hoc administration

Provide high quality project support as required

Information and analysis of reports
