Your role will be responsible for ensuring the planning, development and implementation of solutions to improve waiting times, clear backlogs, review patient pathways and reduce cancellations and DNA rates.

Ensure cancellations are within 6 week annual leave policy

Servicer Improvement in liaison with Sm and ASM

Work with SM/ASM to completes any reports as required

Ad hoc administration

Provide high quality project support as required

Information and analysis of reports
