LHH are excited to be partnering with one of our Crawley-based clients on this HR Advisor role. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience. They are hybrid working, 3 days in the office per week. This role wouldbe suitable for an individual with a strong HR generalist background with some employee relations experience. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, this individual will be a key member of the HR team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing full HR generalist advice to employees and line managers in the UK predominately and supporting on the Senior HR Business Partner across EMEA.
  • Responsible for upskilling line managers in people related activities.
  • Responsible for reviewing and updating HR policies in line with current legislation.
  • Responsible for case management including investigation, disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Responsible for the coordination, administration and reporting on the performance appraisal process.
  • Support with employee engagement activities as required including the engagement survey, internal communications, and employee resource groups.
  • Supporting line managers with the recruitment and onboarding process including interviewing, drafting job descriptions and inductions.
  • Provide support with reward and recognition activities including values and long service awards.
  • Provide advice, coaching and support to line managers and employees on learning and development activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring people records are managed effectively and in accordance with GDPR, Privacy and Data Retention Policies.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working within an HR Advisory role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe packages.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and report on data.
  • Ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards.
  • Practical, logical and ability to solve problems quickly.
  • Ability to multiple task and work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach.
