**Role Overview**:
To provide managers with support for both TUPE loss and gain; including advice on the legal process and collating Employee Liability Information.

Ensuring managers consult in a timely and meaningful fashion that is evidenced. Ensuring accurate information is collated for the incoming and outgoing employees

**Responsibilities**:

- To advice the managers on the full mobilization process and provide letters as necessary
- Collect the Emloyee Liability Information from outgoing supplier
- and review with managers to understand any ‘measures’ (changes)
- Liaise with the outgoing supplier in a professional manner; for a joined up approach to the process
- Ensure managers are consulting as necessary
- reviewing the TUPE consultation notes, supporting answering any FAQs and driving for full completion
- Providing the ELI to the necessary teams to onboard
- onto Select HR, iTrent, Timegate and making sure people are paid on day one

TUPE Loss
- To generate basic Employee Liability Information from our HR systems and liaise with managers to populate any missing information and verify that the information is correct.
- To advice the managers on the full mobilization process and provide letters as necessary
- Liaise with the incoming supplier in a professional manner; for a joined up approach to the process ensuring their queries are answered with Operations in a timely manner
- Ensure managers are consulting as necessary
- reviewing the TUPE consultation notes, supporting answering any FAQs and driving for full completion
- Avoid conflict of interests between personal interests and the interests of the UK & Ireland group.
- Exercise independent judgment, reasonable care, skill and diligence when carrying out their duties.
- Act in good faith and promote the long-term success of each company within the UK & Ireland group for the benefit of all members and wider stakeholders.
- Adhere to and promote the UK & Ireland group’s policies on equality & diversity, information security, health and safety and data protection in the performance of their duties and the management of the MyER Function in the People Team reporting into them.
- Support and promote the UK & Ireland group’s sustainability plans and policies, including the Carbon Management Plan, and carry out duties in a resource effective way, recognizing the shared responsibility of minimizing negative environmental impacts wherever possible.
