This role is required to assist the Centre Director in delivering the agreed courses as set out in the relevant guidance documents and course notes, in a professional and diligent manner.
To ensure that students achieve their complete potential and are supported to learn and develop using the set material at all times as appropriate.
-Primary Responsibilities:_
- To offer regular feedback to students and their parents or other responsible adults as appropriate
- To turn up to teach sessions in good time, and well prepared with any lesson plans or other material as needed
- To teach in a way that is nondiscriminatory, nor judgemental and act in a professional and impartial way at all times
- To report to the centre director on a regular basis about the progress of students and to offer feedback on the material being used
- To offer suggestions for continuous quality improvements
- To safeguard and promote the welfare of children
- To adhere to all of our centre policies and procedures in place, in relation to the following, this is not an exhaustive list.
