Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Trainee Technical Services Assistant. As a key member of our Service Desk team, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to staff across the business
  • Set up equipment for new starters and implement new technology solutions
  • Manage Service Desk tickets and coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues
  • Support the wider work of the Digital Service Department, including migrating services to the cloud
Requirements
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Technical IT skills with a commitment to learn and develop
