Working in a friendly team of 3, your key duties in this Bookkeeper and Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maintaining and updating financial records on Quickbooks, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
- Produce bank reconciliations.
- Ensure cheques are paid in time.
- Maintain and update the cash till records on a monthly basis.
- Provide appropriate paperwork to make payments including expense claims.
- Ensure Worldpay records are kept up to date.
- Ensure the member database records are up to date and reconcile this data with fee records.
- Maintain and update the website.
- Assist with manual ticket sales and maintain the ticketing platform.
- Assist with preparing promotional material.
- Any other reasonable duties that may be required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Experience using Quickbooks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Experience within an accountancy and administration role essential.
