About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and upbeat individual to join our team as an Accounts Administrator. As a key member of our property business, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including answering incoming calls, updating the system, and managing queries as needed.

The primary responsibility of this role will be overseeing the bookkeeping for our extensive property portfolio, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
  • Reconcile invoices and spot any discrepancies
  • Generate financial reports for management analysis
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Use Xero accounting software to ensure precise financial records
  • Perform routine office duties to support overall administrative efficiency
