Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Smart 10 Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join their team in Hatfield. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the bookkeeping for their extensive property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process
  • Reconcile invoices and identify any discrepancies
  • Generate financial reports for management analysis
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Utilize Xero accounting software to ensure accurate financial records
  • Perform routine office duties to support overall administrative efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience with bookkeeping
  • Strong administrative skills
  • IT literacy
  • Numerical skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Xero
