The Isle of Man is giving an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to gain valuable experience within children's services.
You will receive the necessary training and support to fulfill the required duties.
Our client provides flexibility with a full-time or part-time contract, fair caseload, and additional training opportunities.
The position is initially for 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Main Duties for the Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist include:
- Providing advice, treatment, and management to meet the needs of children and families using sound clinical reasoning.
- Assisting in developing training programs for school staff, parents, and other professionals as needed.
- Identifying concerns about the needs of the child/young person and effectively implementing therapy recommendations.
To Be Successful:
- Prior experience working as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist
- HCPC Registration
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (obtainable by the client)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
