NHS 24 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, engagement, and leadership to our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NHS standards.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with NHS standards.
Requirements
- Registered as an Adult nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register.
- Extensive post-registration experience, preferably within an acute or primary care setting.
- Excellent clinical decision-making skills, with the ability to provide continuous clinical supervision, engagement, and leadership remotely.
