NHS Fife is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient service at Victoria Hospital.
This exciting opportunity focuses on major trauma and neurology, with a clinical component extending to the medical and surgical wards. You will collaborate closely with colleagues within the medical and surgical teams, providing expert care to patients with a range of specialist conditions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering effective, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate safe and timely discharge.
- Managing your own caseload effectively and engaging in multi-agency collaboration.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives both individually and as part of a team.
- Providing supervision and support to registered and non-registered staff as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist.
