Key Responsibilities:

Classroom Support:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons by providing students oneonone or smallgroup support.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere within the classroom.

  • Support individual students with special educational needs, ensuring their unique requirements are met.
  • Encourage and motivate students to actively participate in class activities.

Resource Management:

  • Prepare and organize teaching materials, ensuring classrooms are wellequipped for effective learning.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized learning environment.

Behavioral Support:

  • Implement and reinforce positive behavior management strategies as directed by the teaching staff.
  • Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere within the classroom.

Communication:

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide feedback on student's progress to the teaching staff.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in education or child development are desirable.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting the educational journey of young learners.
