Roles & Responsibilities

Work along with project stakeholders and perform requirements gathering, evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and suggest business solutions.

Create and maintain requirements documentation, project scope, business rules, SOP, SRS, Use Cases, Data Flow and change controls.
Expertise to present the final results of the analysis in an accurate, clear and understandable manner.
Good in developing wireframes using any tools of his/her comfort. Able to articulate requirements in a pictorial notation.
Perform and conduct various stakeholder meetings facilitating the smooth flow of the project like Scrum Meetings.
Perform compliance analysis, requirement gathering, business and technical requirements and risk analysis.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Develop and execute comprehensive task plans for projects.

Coordinate with the development team on getting the requirements done and assist in the smooth delivery.
Track development progress and report to the stakeholders.

Required Skill Set:

Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or Media Industry (Salesforce Media Cloud) Critical & creative thinking Analytical thinking and problem solving Interpersonal and consultative skills Facilitation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision.

Enthusiasm for collaboration and continued learning Comfortable with ambiguous requests and adept at translating them into detailed work plans and deliverables.

Strong work ethics and being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Strong communication, team, and customer skills.

Experience in working on ALMs like Atlassian, Microsoft Project etc.
