About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to our team members, as well as building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and are aligned with our company's goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop architectural visions for new projects and business development activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, ensuring our solutions are always aligned with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally on enterprise-scale projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture implementations, working with internal teams, partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of key Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and E&U Cloud.
  • Experience working with ISV partner solutions and in multi-platform, multi-partner environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and designing architectures within these constraints.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management within the Salesforce environment for both users and integrations.
  • Experience with architectural governance processes and managing artefacts such as decision and assumption logs.
  • Familiarity with cyber security, data privacy regulations, and compliance best practices.
  • Expertise in declarative solutions like SFI tooling, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
  • Experience in Salesforce integration best practices and data model design, including data migration strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce licensing models, including edition limits and feature licenses.
  • Pre-sales experience, including leading bid submissions and presentations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
