Job Purpose
Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the company by carrying out common office duties.

Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.

This is a Part Time role of hours per week, with flexibility as to how your hours are arranged. This position will be based in our Kilmarnock office.

Principle Accountabilities


The position reports to the Divisional Director and will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal customers and external customers/Organisation's.

As an administrator you will be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:

  • Answering the phones, taking messages and passing to the relevant person
  • Greeting clients
  • Typing
  • Filing
  • Other ad hoc duties pertinent to the role to support the Refurbishment Department.
