Job Summary:


As a
Food Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising the operations of the FB Outlet to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

A
Food Beverage Supervisor must also communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • You will prepare and produce dishes for our guests to the correct specification and presentation
  • Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control,.cost of sales control and sales.
  • Executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
  • Planning and coordinating drinks and food menus.
  • Leading the team while constantly looking for opportunities to improve our offering
  • Putting forward ideas to drive average spend and increase the total revenue
  • Ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and correct ordering procedures are carried out
  • Drinks orders are dispensed accurately; bar areas are clean at all times and up to the restaurant's high standards
  • Preparing weekly rotas along with management, making sure all shifts are covered according to the department's wage cost budget
  • Providing a friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional service at all times
  • Adherence to the company policies and guidelines while ensuring that all team members follow the service standards
  • Assisting management in duties such as opening and closing the outlet, cashing up, running daily team briefings, training the junior team members, and communicating ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, and HS issues
  • Demonstrating a high standard of personal appearance and wearing the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene
