We are seeking a skilled Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu, Glasgow. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Service Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth running of our meetings & events department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of exceptional guest service and ensure that all aspects of the meetings & events service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
  • Supervise the food & beverage team and foster a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department.
  • Accountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, and productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Takes the lead to deliver departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability, and cost control.
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practice activities.
Requirements:
