About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing inspection, maintenance, and compliance tasks in our Southern Region. Your duties will include supervising activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and managing both internal staff and external contractors. Additionally, you will lead small projects, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to business continuity plans.
You will also be involved in building condition assessments, landlord matters, and property life cycle planning. Collaborating with the Asset Manager, you will conduct site visits, evaluate options, and engage with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Workplace Solutions team to meet goals and foster continuous improvement.
Regular travel to various sites in the South region will be required for this hands-on role in a dynamic commercial real estate setting.
Your Profile:
For this role, a solid background in commercial property management is essential, particularly in commercial building services. You should have expertise in property maintenance, a proven track record in compliance activities, and experience in budgeting, CAFM systems, and reporting using MS Office tools.
Proficiency in Health and Safety management, including risk assessments and contractor supervision in live workplace settings, is paramount.
