Your Role

As part of the Workplace Solutions team, you will play a vital role in managing inspection, maintenance, and compliance activities across our Southern Region. Your responsibilities will include supervising both in-house staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. You will oversee small projects, such as minor lifecycle works and office relocations, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Your tasks will also involve conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and contributing to business continuity plans. You will be responsible for performing building condition surveys, addressing landlord and leasehold matters, and assisting in the development of property lifecycle plans. Collaborating with the Asset Manager, you will engage in site visits, draft options appraisals, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.

This position requires travel to various sites across the Southern region, making it a hands-on role in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.

What We Seek

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in property management within the commercial real estate sector, including experience with commercial building services. You should have a comprehensive understanding of commercial property maintenance and a proven ability to maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices. Experience in creating operational budgets, utilizing CAFM systems, and generating reports using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Word is essential.

A strong foundation in Health and Safety management, including the production of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and managing contractors in active workplace environments, is crucial.
