Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, control, and monitoring of service agreements in accordance with client budgetary agreements
  • Regular monitoring of key performance indicators and taking remedial action as necessary to ensure required standards are maintained and constantly improved for the full range of buildings
  • Compilation and maintenance of all required management information/records relating to company, health and safety, and other related records, including asset registers, emergency plans, and management reports
  • Development and maintenance of excellent tenant relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service in relation to operational needs and attending tenant meetings as necessary
  • Proactive management of risk and dealing with insurance issues on site
  • Production of management reports in accordance with business needs
  • Monitoring of FM works onsite and liaison with service providers/sub-contractors
Requirements:
  • High degree and knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
  • Ability to work within a team and on own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills
