About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our team at Michael Page Property & Construction. As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance requirements and overseeing the completion of planned, reactive, and cyclical maintenance works across tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose maintenance requirements and develop plans for completion
  • Liaise with relevant teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of works
  • Maintain high levels of health and safety and work closely with experienced contracts management
  • Travel extensively across the region to inspect properties and meet with clients

Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of property maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procurement/construction practices
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently
