Hours Per Week - 37.5
£21,000 starting salary, £21,500 after 4 months, £22,000 after 6 months then £23,000 after achieveing Level 3.
We are recruiting for a new generation of insurance claims professionals looking to build a career in our award winning and growing claims department.
In six months we will teach you:
How insurance works and how to deal with a claim when a customer has an accident - we cover both legal and insurance aspects with you.
How you determine who is at fault for the accident - it can be complicatedWhat happens when a customer writes their car off.
How to deal with claims being made against our customer.
After six months you will have the opportunity to progress/learn more about our more specialist areas which include Personal Injury, Credit Hire and Fraud.
You will have a Manager and Team Coach that will support your style of learning, so you can build your confidence as you go.
What we are looking for:
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Willingness to learn.
- Motivated and focussed on selfdevelopment.
