Sales Representative

As a Junior Sales Representative at Shell-Clad, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, longterm relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and crosssell our Shell-Clad products.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with new and current clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, sales pipeline, and client interactions.
- Full product training for the role will be provided.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Have good written skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in using GSuite.
Desirable:
- Work or experience in a sales position.
- Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools.
