Job Description

Your Career

As a Digital Learning and Enablement Lead Facilitator in the Programs and Facilitation team, you will play a crucial role in driving our high-performance culture through training, coaching, and cross-functional communications during onboarding. Your responsibilities will include creating sales training content, conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, and empowering our global sales organization.

Your Impact

  • Design, develop, and maintain sales enablement content, tools, and processes
  • Facilitate Live and VILT sales enablement sessions
  • Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders on content development
  • Manage progress reports, program impact, and onboarding
  • Align sales enablement plans and programs with central enablement
Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Strong in-person and virtual facilitation and presentation skills
  • Previous quota-carrying and leadership experience
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and data-driven program management
  • Agile, flexible, and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
