London, Greater London, United Kingdom MIND Full time

Permanent - 35 Hours per week

As the mental health crisis continues to grow across England, fundamental changes to how mental health services are delivered and overseen are being implemented, with the emergence of Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) across England coupled with greater devolveddecision-making in many areas.

Your job will be to provide expert advice and support to Local Minds to enable them to effectively influence and improve local mental health systems.

You will ensure that insight from local mental health systems is fed into national policy, advocacy, andcampaign work and that Mind continues to be seen at the forefront of shaping mental health services.

Working within a small but dedicated team you will become an integral component in supporting our local minds to operate as effective system leaders.

We particularly want to hear from you if you are currently working (or have recently worked) within an Integrated Care System, a Mental Health Trust or NHS England at a strategic or commissioning level.

We want to appoint an experienced individual who understandthe complexities and idiosyncratic nature of the Mental Health System and can interpret it in a frank and engaging style.

We seek an impassioned guide who can support our local minds through the labyrinth of health speak and governance structures and enablethem to identify appropriate and effective points of influence.

If you have an excellent understanding of current mental health system at a regional and Integrated Care System level, believe you have the temperament and tenacity to support others to not only engage with it but to facilitate change within it, and wishto become part of the mental health charity, then we would love to hear from you.

Closing date: 9am - Friday 24th March 2023
**Interviews: Wednesday 29th March VENUE TO BE CONFIRMED.
