Learning and Development Partner - Technology

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

£30,396 per year (pro rata)

35 hours per week

Temporary position for up to 6 months


We have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Partner - Technology to join our Technology Training team, based in Worcester.

The role sits within Group HR Services, which is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and Learning & Development, developing policy and supporting managers to implement this appropriately in line with the Group's aims.


The role of Learning and Development Partner - Technology will include:

  • Contribute to training needs analysis and evaluation of Technology Learning and Development services and make recommendations for improvements that meet changing Group needs
  • Assist in the design and development of innovative, cost effective and good practice Technology Learning and Development interventions, including elearning solutions, to support the needs of the Group
  • Maintain effective internal and external relationships to maximise the Technology Learning and Development services available to the business

Skills and experiences:

  • Recent experience of training delivery
  • Some experience of delivering and developing Technology learning and development interventions
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
