Support Worker - Swansea

Your new company

We are looking to recruit personable, flexible and motivated Support Workers to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our patients.

You will be involved in the personal care and meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of serviceusers with varying degrees of mental and physical issues.

You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people.

It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside qualified nursesand staff from other professions.


Your new role
Working closely with the residents to manage their needs. This will involve some elements of personal care. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem.

Typical shifts will be split shifts or long days: 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 9pm

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You must also be committed to helping vulnerable adults. Driving is essential for this role.
