Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to M and P, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support M and P with their physical activities, such as cycling, walking, and trampolining.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with M and P, their families, and external partners.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience of supporting individuals with complex emotional responses and challenging behaviors.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
- Full manual UK driving license, as M and P have their own vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a large team and follow clear support guidance.
