About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with two incredible gentlemen, M and P, who require support with daily living tasks and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to M and P, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support M and P with their physical activities, such as cycling, walking, and trampolining.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with M and P, their families, and external partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting individuals with complex emotional responses and challenging behaviors.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
  • Full manual UK driving license, as M and P have their own vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a large team and follow clear support guidance.
