We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Walsingham Support. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that each individual's needs are met.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Provide emotional support and social interaction, helping individuals to build meaningful relationships and engage in their communities.
- Contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Favourable working hours, including part-time roles and bank positions.
