We're looking for an ER Manager to support the North Region with all aspects of ER case management. You will be a strong communicator with experience in managing complex ER cases, ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 with proven experience in delivering commercially sound ER advice in a fast paced, multi-site environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue & develop their Employee Relations career, engaging and delivering a first-class service to the business and the ER Team, through expertise and collaboration. Our ER team work closely with the operations in the region and are seen as a trusted partner, this is a great opportunity to work within a close and supportive team to help our managers deliver excellence within their sites.

As our ER Manager you will:

  • Advise and coach managers on all aspects of employee relations issues.
  • Act as case manager for all types of ER cases, discplinary, grievance, capability etc.
  • Continuously upskill line managers within the region on ER.
  • Manage change projects within your region e.g. TUPE/restructures.
  • Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Be part of a supportive ER team to share best practice and learnings.
  • Deliver ER Training in the region, both face to face and virtually.
