Based in Dorchester and surrounding villages, working in the community with patients in their own home or care homes.
You will be fully supported in your training and development by the established team here of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, ANP, Rehabilitation Assistants and Assistant Practitioners.
If you are a newly qualified member of staff you will have the added benefit of being able to complete our Preceptorship Program.
