**Energy Consultant

  • Role Responsibilities**:
  • Working within an inbound/outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls.
  • Delivering personalised solutions and toptier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and costeffectiveness.
  • Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring ontime customer retention and high yearoveryear renewal rates.
  • Implement personalised retention strategies tailored to each customer's needs and preferences, fostering strong relationships and maximizing renewal outcomes.
  • Executing consultations, negotiations, and closures of energy contracts.
  • Cultivating enduring, trustbased relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.
  • Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.
  • Ensuring accurate customer data within the CRM system through regular updates and maintenance.
  • Upholding compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Energy Consultant - Essential Requirements:

  • Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (

KPI:
Revenue).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering productive client interactions.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experienced in sales techniques and CRM (

KPI:
Conversion rates, Pipeline growth).

  • A selfmotivated and results driven.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.

Job Types:

Up to £35,000.00 per year
