**Energy Consultant
- Role Responsibilities**:

- Working within an inbound/outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls.
- Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring on-time customer retention and high year-over-year renewal rates.
- Implement personalised retention strategies tailored to each customer's needs and preferences, fostering strong relationships and maximizing renewal outcomes.
- Executing consultations, negotiations, and closures of energy contracts.
- Cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.
- Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.
- Ensuring accurate customer data within the CRM system through regular updates and maintenance.
- Upholding compliance with all company policies and procedures.

**Energy Consultant - Essential Requirements**:

- Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (KPI: Revenue).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering productive client interactions.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Experienced in sales techniques and CRM (KPI: Conversion rates, Pipeline growth).
- A self-motivated and results driven.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
