Role:

  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of Genpower, their services and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and conducting market research to identify new opportunities
  • Manage sales proposals whilst following a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate international markets
  • Prospect and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations and demonstrations and negotiate contracts and agreements to close new business
  • Arrange client meetings and support with presentation product
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and partners and provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and operations, to support international sales initiatives and drive business growth
  • Support with customer followup, including proposals, sales leads and chasing contracts and purchase orders
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Highly organised, with ability to prioritise time and workload
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to travel internationally if and when required
