Motor Factor Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Syncro Motor Factors Ltd. as a Motor Factor Sales Representative. This is a full-time position, working 42.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary above the National Living Wage and 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with retail and trade parts enquiries on our counter
- Handling orders and enquiries by telephone and email
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- A basic understanding of computer systems
- A general interest in the basics of car components and maintenance
- A full driving licence, as some limited driving will be involved
