SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATOR
We are recruiting for a busy Scheduling Administrator role, who will be working based in the Great Barr area.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Continuously liasing with clients and engineers
  • Seeing the order process through from beginning to end
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Creating, collating and updating reports onto the system
  • Raise purchase orders

Skills Required:

  • Diary Managment
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft package
  • Customer Service
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Great Barr: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
