**SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATOR**

We are recruiting for a busy Scheduling Administrator role, who will be working based in the Great Barr area.

Duties and Responsibilites:

- Continuously liasing with clients and engineers
- Seeing the order process through from beginning to end
- Planning and scheduling
- Creating, collating and updating reports onto the system
- Raise purchase orders

Skills Required:

- Diary Managment
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft package
- Customer Service

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Great Barr: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
