£22,573 plus £200 attendance bonus per month (Paid monthly in arrears)

Location:
Skelmersdale, WN8 9PW

Working Hours:40 per week Monday to Friday

  • Rotating weekly shifts of Mon-Fri 07:3016:00 and Mon-Fri 12:3021:00_

Annual Leave:
Start of employment - 30 days (including 8 public bank holidays). On completion of 24 months employment an increase of 2 additional days and an additional 1 the following year each year up to 33 days total (including 8 public bank holidays)

Warehouse Office Administrator Job Duties:


We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, and will make significant contributions to the team, playing a key role between our Warehouse management team and employees across numerous sites.


  • First port of contact for all warehouse administrative procedures
  • Being a point of contact for warehouse colleague queries
  • Entering employee data into the company databases
  • Providing strong administrative support to the warehouse manager
  • Assisting with internal event organisation
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate purchasing of consumables/cleaning products
  • Maintaining/housekeeping of employee files
  • Liaising with external companies/suppliers to assist in the smooth running of warehouse operations
  • Assisting Shift Managers with absence management
  • Monitoring staff attendance using internal TMS and HR software
  • Collate / Report issues with stock orders
  • Minute taking in meetings
  • General Admin Tasks

Warehouse Office Administrator Skill & Experience Required:

  • The ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Active listening skills
  • Organisations skills and dataorientated mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with time and attendance database systems
  • Knowledge of HR and employment law
  • Previous admin/HR/office experience will be highly beneficial
