As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Basic Salary Plus Bonus Scheme
Responsibilities:
Submitting quotes to customers
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of basic office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year
