Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Assistant Stock Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant Stock Administrator, you will provide support to both the pharmacy operational team and the finance team.

Duties:

  • Assist in financial activities, including month end invoicing
  • Cost price revaluation
  • Managing daily order flow
  • Analysing stock adjustments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the Role:

  • Knowledge of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft BC
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel including Pivot Table and VLOOKUPs
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
