As our
Workshop Storage Equipment Project Specialist (Interim 14 month contract), you will work within the Sales and Customer Service Team and provide a professional service to our customers, by producing accurate drawings and quotations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of the departments quotation team and respond to all inbound requests for quotations.
  • To compose written quotations using our inhouse system for both standard and bespoke solutions.
  • To use our inhouse design package to issue 2D and 3D drawings where required to support quotations.
  • To create follow up activities to ensure that quotations are taken to a win/loss status and record all information in our CRM system.
  • To maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • To take an active role overseeing project quotations by creating and maintaining relationships with clients and responding to changing requirements as necessary.
  • To gain and maintain a high level of technical product knowledge of our workshop storage equipment ranges, attending training where required.
  • Maintain customer data within our CRM system.
  • To provide industry leading service to our customer base.
  • To ensure that all quotations are responded to within our quoted timeframes.
  • To provide technical support and advice during the specification stage of the client's enquiry.
  • To ensure that customers are aware of all additional services that would be suitable for their requirements.
  • To support the Customer Services Team with daily duties.
  • To aid with flexibility and resilience, you may be required to complete additional tasks which reasonably fall within the job role of Workshop Storage Equipment Project Specialist.

  • An ability to build and manage strong relationships both internally and externally.

  • An ability to manage multiple projects with demanding workloads and lead times.
  • To be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Ability to confidently use Microsoft Office.

Skills:

  • Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Ideally, previous experience within a customer service administration role
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment

  • Ensure all processes & polices are adhered to
  • Flexible & agile current company practice is you may be expected to undertake work within other departments to assist with workloads or to provide holiday / sickness cover, as and when required

Hours of work: 09:00 - 17:00; Monday - Thursday / 09:00 - 16:30 Friday
