Job Title: Reward Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Partner to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in implementing a robust and effective reward and recognition strategy that supports our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with our organizational philosophy and ensure strong governance.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on offer negotiation and compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to support talent management initiatives and provide guidance on reward and recognition strategies.
  • Analyze market data to assess the competitiveness of our total compensation offerings and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on reward and recognition matters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in reward and compensation management, with a strong understanding of reward and recognition strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools.
