Job Title: Reward Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Partner to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our reward and recognition strategy, ensuring it aligns with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation programs that support our organizational philosophy, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on offer negotiation and compensation matters.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to support talent management initiatives and provide guidance on reward and recognition strategies.
  • Analyze market data to assess the competitiveness of our total compensation offerings and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and HR teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment on reward and recognition initiatives.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward and compensation management, with a strong understanding of market trends and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools.
