Job Summary:

  • Assist the sales team with daytoday administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, including customer information, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
